  1. I am 16 years old I am 5.9ft and only 47kg I am 12 kg below my healthy lower end BMI index which is 58kg. currently i am trying to bulk and gain muscle it's going decent but I am having a hard time to gain weight, my goal is to get to 60kg even if it's mostly fat.

  2. As a lifetime skinny guy myself I want to stress how easy it is to overestimate the calories you consume. Track them, and make sure that you hit zour 2g of protein per Kg of Body weight. Make sure to get lots of carbs as well, they fuel zour workouts and fill up zour muscle storage and make them look more swoll. I would recommend taking a multi vitamin supplement as well just to make sure zou hit your micro nutrients as they are important for all metabolic tasks and recovery….stay consistent is key, falling off is ok but just get back into it. I wasted so muh time being inconsistent because I got impatient with the progress. Just keep at it and if zou follow these steps you will grow!

  3. I'm a 35 year old man who weighs 52 kg… I can't gain weight no matter what 😮‍💨 It's like I'm immune to gaining both muscles and fat 😄 I worked out 5 days a week for a year and tried to eat so much that I almost puked. But absolutely NOTHING happened. Didn't gain weight and I still look like a stickfigure 😑 I look skinnier than you did on the thumbnail image.

  4. His advice is bad, dont do that, never go and increase weight by each session coz you will end up injuring yourself and be on the bench for long! Studies shows that you can build muscles with smaller weights and consistent training. Yes increase weight overtime but not after each session or week. Listen to your body always and know your limits. Just because some things work for him it doesn’t mean it will work for you too! Just be cautious.

  5. Hi. Just discovered your channel. My question would be how far do we go with lifting weights by adding more weights every session than the previous one? And is it necessary to do it every session? (60kg, 62,5kg, 65 kg… and infinity? 😅) I mean maybe I would be comfortable with lifting 60 kg for the first 5 sessions then I would be willing to add weight for the next sessions? Thank you!

  6. That if you have unlimited amount of money to spend for food and drinks and supplements… But for poor people who live in poor countries and they are minimum wage earners.. Buying a lot supplies for body could be just a dream… I believe only rich people can afford the body builder diet routine…

  7. Yo I know my name is stupid made it when I was 9 but I’m currently 12 and iv very skinny and has been wondering what I can do to turn my life around so now that Iv seen this video I’m confident so I’m commenting back on your most recent video in 6 months to tell how Iv been doing thank bro I’m subscribing you may have turned my life around 💙

  8. So I have a question, since I am in the same position. Its about wrists, do they get bigger as you gain weight or they stay the same? Wanna have them a bit bigger and since I cannot train them, maybe weight gain will pump them a bit?

  9. I heard you should not focus so much on proteins as they are extremely filling and you don't need that many anyways. Healthy fats and natural sugars are key. Lots of nuts and fruit is very good.

  10. This video is very misleading. The guy was on steroids and you can see this from his pictures. But with consistent training, everyone can achieve even better results in a year and a half.
