HOW I LOST WEIGHT BEING PREGNANT|| Postpartum weight loss || working out while pregnant

This video is about how I lost so much weight after my pregnancy that I ended up losing weight through the process of being pregnant! Pregnancy weight loss is a real thing! I talk about my tips and tricks to lose weight after pregnancy and how to lose that weight fast. I talk about how to loose weight during pregnancy and I talk about the numbers to my postpartum weight loss and how the weight loss journey involved hormones, everything from my sleep to my water intake to my milk production. This topic, postpartum weight loss, is a super sensitive issue but I want to give you this information on postpartum weight loss because I was looking everywhere for it just a few months ago. I talk about how breastfeeding helped me loose weight- especially pumping excess milk. I talk about how many calories are lost pumping each bottle of breast milk and how sometimes milk production is way more important than making it to the gym. Thus, how to loose weight during pregnancy and postpartum weight loss is often through the milk production. Pumping excess milk can be a great weight to kick your body into fat-burning-mode for postpartum weight loss but I caution you; don’t let your milk loose its nutrition, and don’t loose your milk! You are responsible for making sure your body is giving your child the nutrition he/she needs. DO NOT let your child go hungry! But, nonetheless, you can make pregnancy weight loss happen by being smart, responsible and healthy! Postpartum weight loss doesn’t have to be this big mystery!

  1. I couldn't lose weight while breastfeeding until I went high fat low carb * for anyone thinking breastfeeding helps you lose weight… It's not always the case. I finally started losing weight at 8 months PP cuz of low-carb high fat.. everyone is different though.

  2. Your information is so helpful. I gained about 50 pounds with my first and haven’t lost the weight due to some health issues. I really want to be pregnant again but am scared because of gaining more weight. And I love your personality, it takes my stress away and makes me happy. 😂❤

  3. I haven't watched the entire video yet. When I was pregnant, I lost a lot of weight because I had awful "morning sickness." For some time, only Cream of Wheat cereal would stay down. (Before pregnancy, I rather liked CoW. Now, even the thought of ever having any ever again makes me feel queasy. My daughter won't even try it.😊)

  4. I am so proud of you. And the intro was much needed for the confused people. lol I also lost 60 lbs while pregnant and made my doctors so happy. Now I help other moms lose weight while pregnant and also help manage their weight while pregnant.

  5. This video made me dizzy I have a headache now idk why ? I want to finish it but I can't the lip movement es the eyes the editing the closeness my eyes could not focus, still I think it might be the editing not you per say.

  6. Thanks for this! What workout do you recommend for CS Moms? I was told I should not do any exercise after CS and it was 11 months ago. I stopped exercising, probably the reason my body doesnt lose weight until now. I am still breastfeeding and been looking for ways how to lose weight while breastfeeding. My doctor said I am already overweight

  7. Thank you so much! You’ve uploaded this 5 years ago but its still so helpful ❤❤ so realistic and informative!! And ur soooooo beautiful but I must tell u that the whole time ur talking I just wanted to grab a fluffy brush and blend ur shadow better😂😂😂❤

  8. I've never gained a lot of weight while pregnant. This one (my 5th kid), i gained 20 pounds the first month and a half. I was in maternity clothes by 8 weeks and had a massive baby bump already. I'm now 25 weeks and have gained 55 pounds. I've never been this large in my life and am so uncomfortable with it and scared on how weighing over 200 pounds already is going to affect childbirth and my general health. Even extreme nausea all day long has not stopped me from gaining a ton of weight.

  9. For anyone who needs to know this, 30g of dark chocolate per day has been proven to have a lot of health benefits in pregnancy. And 80g dates in pregnancy 3rd trimester have been proven to significantly help birthing and labour processes and outcomes, whilst helping the digestive system. So if you want a sweeter craving without the guilt, these will actually really benefit your pregnancy. You're welcome to research it yourselves. 🙂 ❤

  10. Ate mre proteins didn workout stayed away frm sweets.. even though i craved i jst ignored dem. Nw am pregnant again wd my second am 18weeks and i jst gained 2kg no body aches again. Jst sme cramping here n der smetimes.. nd am always positive towards this. So am always relaxed❤

  11. I am 8 weeks tomorrow. The nausea and bloating is unbearable most days. Yesterday, all I had was a protein shake and then ate a whole frozen thin crust pizza. 🍕 I felt so bad! 😢 I can’t cook my usual healthy meals, the site/smell just makes me want to vomit! 🤢 Ugh! Being active definitely helps. I have two jobs one doing massage and the other is housekeeping. I am already overweight and don’t want to gain more. 😢

  12. If you want to pump more, but not take from baby, get a haaka to pump and feed baby with the "bonus bottle". This especially helps with slow growing babies and boosting milk supply. If you naturally have an abundance than freeze what baby doesnt want or need for a later date.

  13. I just realized this video is 5 years old 😂 but I just want to say THANK YOU for this video. I’m currently 12 wks 4 days. And I found out I was pregnant at 5 wks, but since that time, I’ve lost 30 lbs. I was 215 and now I’m 180.

  14. My 1st pregnancy 10 years ago, I lost weight in a year. Last year I got pregnant started at 120, gained 30. After the baby and breast feeding walked alot and nutrition. So I lost 20 pounds, it’s been hard losing the last 10 pounds, now I am pregnant again. I’m 5’5 and at 130. My hopes was before I got pregnant to lose all but god had plans 🎉

  15. With my first pregnancy I started out at 120 lbs and got up to 180. It was terrible. I felt awful. Now I’m 7 months pp, weigh 130 lbs annnnd just found out I’m pregnant again…

This time I’m tracking calories and going on way more walks.

Before I was not in a stable environment. My fiancé and I were homeless for part of it so we didn’t have a kitchen or fridge and all the healthy food was so expensive compared to McDonald’s and stuff. Thankfully we’ve moved from that state where we were struggling and now we are several months ahead on rent we have a kitchen and a fridge so I can make my own food and save money that way. So greatful.

This time I’m really hoping not to get to any more than 160lbs.

As long as I eat protons dense foods I should be fine. I’ll stay fuller for longer and not eat 10 cookies cause I’m bored. I’ll eat 2 cookies and some chicken broccoli.

I’m done with pregnancies after this. I hateee being pregnant so much. I’m excited to have another kid but I despise absolutely everything about being pregnant.

I want my cute little body back and not ugly boobs…
I’ll get a boob lift in a couple years and get toned and feel like myself again. The next year or 2 will be very rough though.

  16. I really needed this ❤ I'm only 6 weeks but I know I'm obese and want to use this time to try and be as healthy and fit as possible for my baby. At the moment my body doesn’t want any food and I have no energy so can't wait to be out of this nauseous phase 😅

  17. I am 26 weeks and 20 lbs gained thus far. I gained 48 with my son who is 3.5 now, and I really want to gain less weight and get back to a healthy weight and strong body sooner than last time. I love Jesus too!! I think I need to pump less to keep my milk more creamy this time around too.
