  1. I’m 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I’m 5 5 1/2 and 225lbs. Before pregnancy back in April I was 251 and got down to 221 about 2 weeks ago. The extra weight I’m carrying now is from bloating and constipation. I have the YouTube Premium subscription and just downloaded this video. The video and comments are helpful.

  2. Currently pregnant with baby #5 and have been getting stuck at a higher weight with EACH KID and everyone ive heard says dont worry about it while pregnant. Its frustrating to not have rsal resources for body types like min 5'5

  3. Thank you so much for this video! I’m on my third pregnancy. I started my last 2 at 145lbs (5’3) and this one I started 165lbs (usually after I have a baby I’m 170😅). This comment section is great and motivational too. Thank you again!

  4. I’m the biggest I ever been in my life I’m only 13 weeks and 5’2 &160!! Always have been 125-135 my entire life. I’m so out of breath and feel yucky. I can’t do simple things without getting tired or feeling lazy. Don’t understand how I gained all this weight so quick. Taking this advice. I can’t imagine myself being any bigger during the remainder of 6 months. Will be walking a 3 miles a day. Thanks for the video will update once I start losing

I'm here not sure how many weeks pregnant but early this is the first period missed it Christmas and I'm indulging, trying add with self control and portion control seeing that is why I'm obese in the first place anyhow I don't want to but on an oz of weight and that's why I came looking for this video, my goal is when the year starts to exercise eat healthy and Loose some weight 😁💪

  6. Thank you for this. Everything I’ve seen says don’t lose weight while pregnant. I’m 7 weeks with my 4th and last. I weigh 193 at 5’3”. I am the biggest I’ve ever been and I’m nearly 15 pounds heavier than I was at my max pregnancy weight with my previous 3. I’m determined to try and get healthy while pregnant. I want to be as fit as possible when I give birth.

  7. I know I’m late lol. You’re SOOOOOOOO right about trying to keep/stay active. I wasn’t overweight at all when I got pregnant and I’ve gained so much from not being active and giving in to my pregnancy cravings, now that I’m in my second trimester and feeling a lot better I’m trying to get myself back on track again because I had a very strict routine before I got pregnant and was very fit and healthy and then when I got pregnant I went down hill so fast because I didn’t feel good at all.
    It’s very hard to manage weight and be pregnant but being in the second trimester really helps a lot, I hope my third trimester doesn’t mess things up for me. Oh and yes ! Water and juice and a lot of it.

  9. I gained about 15 lbs and then found out I was pregnant. I kinda freaked out because I've become really doughy and weak. I feel much better knowing there are other women out there that are contentious about this!

I’d definitely have to balance what I’m listening to my body about – it’s for me, it sounds really innocent to say “listen to your body“ but my body tends to just want junk food and it doesn’t do me or the baby any favors so I don’t actually listen to my body in the moment – if I’m craving brownies, then I will put it on the schedule for the week, but I definitely don’t try to run And make a huge batch of brownies right then and there, or I will eat the whole thing. Hopefully everyone here has more self-control than I do. I definitely struggle with the eating self control.

  11. I’m 5’6 225 unexpectedly pregnant with baby number 2 6weeks. My first made me gain 65lbs and I’ve been trying to lose this weight so I can be healthy before I got pregnant again.

  12. Sorta nervous. I want to exercise but I’m worried about my high blood pressure. It is high even when I’m sitting. I’m overweight and I am under a whole lot of stress over my life and it’s hard. I feel super super ashamed over all of it. I know that a BP of 180 can cause a heart attack, but my body is so damn sensitive idk what to do. I’ll definitely ask my doctor at my appointment in two days. Pray for me.🫠

  13. I'm 5'-1", I weight in at 215lbs a few weeks ago, today I'm 205. I found out I was pregnant last week and have my first doctors appointment in 40 minutes. I haven't been feeling well and have only been craving fruits and fresh foods. I plan to continue and walk 1 hour every day. By the time baby comes I hope to weight 175lbs or less.

  14. I got pregnant before the holiday stretch and vacation trips, I’m shocked that I’m maintaining my weight through all the festivities. But you ladies encourage me to be able to lose during pregnancy! If I can’t lose weight during, I’ll take no weight gain as a total win!! 😊

Im 4’11 128 pounds its my second pregnancy it was very hard taking off 15 pounds to be pre pregnancy weight and here i am 5 weeks pregnant so scared to gain any weight bc im definitely 15 pounds overweight im hoping to get morning sickness to hopefully lose some pounds im so committed to being active and not overeating like my 1st pregnancy
    My starting weight was 110 and by the end i was 157 quickly after birth i lost 30 pounds but thats about it 😕
