  1. Can’t find in the video: how much classic butter should we eat daily? There is only info about almond butter in the video, but Dr. Berg often advices to eat milk butter – how much per 1 day? Thanx!

  2. 60g – 80g of fat per day on a low carb diet is so unsatisfying for me. How do people sustain?. 3-6oz of beef is nothing. It’s like eating nothing. I usually need 100g – 150g of fat minimum to feel satisfied.

  3. I don't understand that because if 70 percent of calories should come from fat that would mean I'd need to eat 140grams of fat per day wouldn't it? So if I'm having two meals per day, that's 7o grams per meal 🤔

  4. I just did the keto calculator that's on your website. It says that for my age, height, and current weight that I should be consuming 104 grams of fat. I just want to make sure that I'm eating the right amount. I do IF with 2 meals a day. If I only ate the 30g per meal like you mention in the video that would only put me at 60g for the day. Could you clarify which amount is the correct amount? Thank you.

  5. I don’t understand how my browine when I have it only has robust dark maple syrup one fourth cup has bananas nut and cocoa almond butter no flour or sugar or if I have my up two fruits a day only berries and apples how does that fit in with keto

  6. Ok, what about butter? I am having it for my hormones. I consume 3 eggs everyday, more than 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a good portion of butter in my cacao (sugar free, no milk), There is fat in meat in my dinner also. Is this too much? I usually have that olive oile with grated carrot or cabbage, and notice I digest them better that wat. Should I reduce the amount, I think roughly the amount of oil is 8 tablespoons… I usually eat within 1-4 hours, nowadays more in 1 hour as I am trying to get really toned.

    The problem is my coffee creamer. I love my sugar-free hazelnut coffee creamer but I know it's horrible because it has maladextrin.   8. I’m doing omad and first 3 weeks I noticed I wasnt loosing as fast as I thought . Im sure it was from consuming to much fat it adds up quick ! Just from avocado and olive oil and avocado oil, 5 olives, salmon, fatty meats, ( chicken thighs, lamb chop, rib, steak, ) and ricotta cheese, mozarella , cheddar.. tablespooon pumpkin seeds or pecans A little cream or tbsp whip cream on few strawberries .
    I want to lower my fat to loose more weight . How much should I have? I’m doing low net carbs under 20

  9. Does the 20-40g of fat per meal include the fat from the protein source? It almost sounds like the 20-40g of fat is in addition to the fat from the protein. Please clarify, thank you!

  10. This doesnt make sense. 30 grams of fat 3 times a day is roughly 800 kcal. For an avarage person who needs 2500kcal this is only 33% of daily kcal. Since there is hardly any carbs should the rest be protein??? 60% protein??

  11. Couldn't figure out why I wasn't losing much weight on keto and then I realized that I am eating way too much heavy cream. I'd make myself an espresso type coffee with every meal with heavy cream which would end up being close to 200 grams fat at the end of the day from the heavy cream alone. 😮
