Some women are saying it can led to miscarriage and what not but Lol , in first trimester to third or fourth trimester it is recommended to do upto moderate and easy level according to your body which can give you many benefits rather than doing nothing and after four months you can do exercise according to your body and limit , and take extra calories and proper diet nothing will happen and most of the 1st trimester miscarriage are due to chromosomal abnormalities

  2. When I see a woman exercising during pregnancy I feel so jealous. I lost my first baby after exercising the first week after I had my positive. I had to rest during my second pregnancy because I would start bleeding. Never in my dreams would I have been able to do any of this.

  3. It's not for respect, it's a total stupidity.
    Often times women have problems during pregnancy without even knowing it and exercising like that may lead to abortion, just because you wanna look fit while pregnant and show your subscribers how great you are.
    Be careful what you show on internet, many stupid people are watching you.

  4. This is my first pregnancy and I refuse to have more fat than muscle. I want to be fit and hot for me and healthily for the baby. I refuse to use my pregnancy as an excuse to get fat and lazy.
