  1. Lol this is low budget! I think he just rounded up or shops at the "healthy" market so maybe the items were more expensive, but at the same time if hes just cooking for himself… then again it isn't so bad cuz the supplies will last longer. But if u get these items/ingredients at Walmart or Krogers/Krogers partner stores, and when on sale…. then they are low budget meals for all. It may still sound expensive since everything has gone up, but if u look at how much u spend eating outside food in a day, ur going to start thinking… "man i could of just gotten the ingredients and had this nd more for a few days or 3 days-a week worth of food. and if u look at how much u spend on it in a week… that could have been groceries for 2-4weeks… that yogurt for 2.59 is crazy tho! 😂

  2. Low budget?!? I didn’t even have to watch the whole video, you had an avocado in the first frame, my man you living an extravagant life. Also, that day alone averages to $900 a month. I feed my whole family for less than your “low budget”.

  3. I eat a pound a beef $5.49, 4 cups of rice and two protein shakes a day…..about $12 maybe even less of food per day. Hitting my protein, carbs that are easily digestible and something seeet with my protein shake. Is it the healthiest diet in the world? No, but it’s cheap and effective and as long as you switch up the sauces and/or seasonings you won’t ever get tired of it 👍🏿

  4. Breakfast: Skip breakfast, fast instead. Have water

Snack: What snack? There's no snack. We're still fasting. Have water

Lunch: Replace tuna with chicken breast. Replace avocado with a tbsp of pure virgin olive oil. Keep the rice but be mindful of the portion.

Snack: replace yogurt with a protein shake. No carbs.

Dinner: replace burgers with chicken breast. Replace avocado and zucchini with a tbsp of pure virgin olive oil. Keep the rice but be mindful of the portion.

That's how you get ripped on a low budget (from personal experience) + 120Eur a month on supplements (pure whey protein and micronutrients). Good luck. It's not easy but the results are worth it (for a while) 😉

  5. You guys must be skipping meals or eating microwave burritos and ramen everyday. I eat like shit I easily spend like 25 bucks a day on fast food. That’s usually like lunch and dinner. To eat breakfast, lunch, dinner ands dessert and get all of your macros is going to be costly.
