  1. I just found out I was pregnant today and I've already gained 12 lbs. I have been stress eating and I'll be real this is too much already. I do want to lose some weight because this jettisoned me into overweight category already

  2. My first pregnancy I gained 50 pounds. Im currently on my 3rd pregnancy and I was on a weight loss journey before I got pregnant. I haven't lost weight. But I haven't gained weight either. Im just walking everywhere now.

  3. I gained about 10 lbs 1st trimester beacuse I have been so fatigued and vomiting and eating/craving junk food.

Now I am ready to get back to it!!

Was walking 3 miles a day plus 3 to 4 weight sessions a week pre pregnancy and am really hoping to get back to that now that I am slowly feeling better. 13.5 weeks with baby number 3. 5'6 and 144 pre pregnancy

  4. I lost 6 lbs in the beginning without ever having food aversions or sickness and I’m still not at my starting weight 6 weeks later. I’m so focused on maintaining my weight and hopefully not losing all my muscle. But I can’t lie, my strength is not there. Listing 20lbs feels like lifting 60. Is that normal?

  5. I’m 140 lbs and I want to be thin again so badly. I grew up very thin, around 90-100 lbs always, had an ED where I got down to 80, then recovered at 110-125, then COVID happened and now I am stuck always between 130-150. Drives me crazy, and now I’m pregnant at 140. I think I look fine but people always comment on my weight and it makes me crazy. I don’t know how to be happy with it

  6. I was 194 at 22 weeks and I'm still 194 at 34 weeks. Shes 5.6 lbs and completely healthy. I have a very sensitive gut and my baby made me listen to it ❤ 😂 they call you out, yall. She made me mostly vegetarian. 😅 im about to start walking more and lifting weights just for my own sanity (and hers)! Just listen to your body and your baby, have faith. Everything gets communicated.

  7. If you’re starting your pregnancy overweight or obese I think it might be better for momma and baby to not gain weight that is fat. Gaining weight from the fluids, baby and everything is different.

  8. I already feel so bad and I'm only 11.3 😞

I need to make this change. Like I know I'm tired and don't find energy to meal prep or work out but I NEED TO. Thank you for this. ❤️

  9. Ive lost 68 pounds in about 11 months after my second was born.. found out last night im pregnant with #3. Im hoping to continue my weight loss and lose 30 more pounds so i can be at 200 pounds. I believe i can do it
