  1. i had a friend like this when we first started going to the gym, I kept telling him he's not eating enough unless he counts his calories, he never did and over 8 months he made little gains in strength and physique, meanwhile i went from 60 to 70kg and doubled my lift pr's

  2. You should start eating some more real cooked food because that will make you less full after each meal. At least it works for me and Ive made it from 120 to 135-140 in just one year
