  1. I don't know if you will see this but, I LOVE your content so much and I feel you are so inspirational. I'm also grateful you put filling and delicious foods instead of putting a single boiled egg or something like that. It really helps knowing that eating full, nutritious, and delicious meals are better than eating a salad for every meal. You are such an inspiration and you should be VERY proud.

  2. I def recommend slicing up some fruit in natural Greek yoghurt (I do frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, frozen strawberries, frozen blackberries, frozen mango, grapes, and either frozen or unfrozen banana) and spreading it on half a scone! It's really good, and it's healthy and filling 💙
