  1. You don’t need to shop at Whole Foods. Any normal supermarket sells fruit, veg, fish, meat, etc AKA INGREDIENTS. Just find yourself a good set of recipes for balanced, healthy, meals and create a meal plan. Change it up every week or two. Batch cook so you always have something in the freezer for when you’re too tired to cook something healthy. Eat more veggie food. Micronutrients are your friend – use herbs and spices.

  2. Natural snacks are easy! Carrot sticks, celery sticks, make your own hummus/guacamole/tzatziki to dip them in if that’s not enough, apples, grapes, bananas /any fruit), nuts (buy them whole and crack them), popcorn (popped yourself), make flapjack/granola bars. So many options. I just think you didn’t prepare for this properly.

  4. Its no wonder this guy doesnt grow, a diet trial for a week? You aint even gonna feel anything in a week, maybe minor improvement. He just wants to make money, not health improvements.
