  7. I did the keto diet for a year and my co workers accused me of getting a facelift! I had to let them look for scars behind my ears to prove that I hadn’t gotten one! I had energy like a teenager. I’ve been off it for 5 years now and all the weight has come back and I feel sluggish again! Bread is one of my favorite foods. I love all kinds of it. I literally just finished baking three loaves. But I’m am going back on the keto diet because the taist of bread is not worth the health issues.

Maybe you’re upsetting some people…it might be worth getting it monitored over a period of time with different people- good luck.

  9. Is it me or did I read the tag line as negative? Does this mean keto is bad for the brain? This is what it means… she is saying the exact opposite: keto is highly beneficial for the brain, while a standard high-carbohydrate diet is what causes brain decline

  10. My skin tags were reabsorbed by my body after I went carnivore. In 2 months they were gone. Neck, chest, armpits, and under my breasts. All gone. It’s a sign of insulin resistance and diabetes. When I went back to eating rice pasta bread and potatoes they came back. Now I’m low carb again and they are leaving again. Plus I had regained the 20 pounds I’d lost. I just dropped 5 pounds. I’m not eating potatoes rice or pasta. But I am eating Royo bread and bagels. I eat 1 slice of bread (30 cal 2-3? Net carbs) with an egg or 1/2 bagel (35 cal) with cream cheese. So far Royo products are great tasting and seem ok. But I don’t test my insulin either. But my IBS is still here. Every time I eat I run to the bathroom 2-3X. On carnivore it’s completely gone by day 2. I can eat and go for a walk and not run to a bathroom. So far so good. I’ll have to see how it goes. Maybe eat the Royo bread 3-4X a week instead of 7X a week. I need a glucose monitor.
