  1. Is my lunch for work healthy?
Im bringing a cup of Greek yogurt with no added sugars, 2 carb balance spinach tortillas with high fiber, 2 large chicken breasts, a handful of raw spinach, some tomato slices, and half of an avocado.. oh and a banana

  2. I don’t eat carbs but I have to give this kid props for eating single ingredient, natural, whole foods. He’s on a fast track too dietary success and this type of discipline will roll over into all facets of his life if he sticks to it 👍🏻

  3. People are complaining about eggs being too expensive. Guys eggs are not expensive. In germany you get 20 eggs from happy chicken for like 4€ Which is roughly 4,38$ So lets round it up to 10 eggs a day would be 65,7$ a month for eggs which really isnt that much. If you add 150$ a month for meat (5$ a day) and buy some snacks, fruits and stuff you would be at roughly 250-300$ a month for food. Remember I calculated this from german prices. Meat/Eggs could be a lot more cheap or more expensive for your country. But even 340-400$ a month for food is absolutely fine. The average guy makes like 1,6-3k a month. So lets take 1000$ from rent. 600$ Minus 400 for food. 200. Ensurance and internet maybe 140$? 60$ For save. And thats if you get 1600$ Lets say you make 2400$ you would have a lot more. But of course not everyone earns that kind of money. And especially if youre in a relationship or married having a good diet is more than possible. Even being alone its 100% possible

    YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE!!!

  4. Genetics plays a huge role in being healthy. My grandfather smoked all his life and lived to be 85. No matter how healthy you eat, no matter how healthy you live, you may get cancer as quickly as the next person. Hard fact.
