In this diet no carbs is mentioned.Without carbs you will not get energy for basic daily functions and your brain will be impacted … you will feel tired whole day. Even your sleep will be impacted . Anything over night will kills you. Everything is needed for our bodies so not sure how a doctor can suggest this kind of diet.
