  1. Victor, this Beginners series is AWESOME! I love your approach and wish I would've been introduced to Keto by you instead of the way I got here. Let's just say that others are so restrictive that I could only do it for 7 days, then I was done, and crashed back to the regular SAD diet.

    Your approach is so much easier, kinder, and more inclusive. I LOVE cheese, and this was hard to give up and NOW I don't have to!! I feel so much more positive about things after watching this series, and know I am finally on the right path. And, your desserts are helping me SO MUCH to stay on track! That fudge recipe alone has saved my sanity and my weight loss plan.

    Something you may want to think about adding to your video selection would be a video about us older women, who may have some post-menopause issues that are keeping us from losing weight. All I can say is that after hitting a plateau, when I stopped losing weight, your L. Reuteri Yogurt video got my gut straight and I'm back to losing weight. So many of the keto groups just forget about us older women, and we can have a few issues that others don't have. Just sayin. There might be something else that we need to help, other than gut issues. Any videos you make, I'll watch.

    I really appreciate your sense of humor, also! Now, if I could only find the video where you tell the original story about "Old Yeller" I'd be a happy camper.

  2. What suggestions do you have for someone with alpha-gab syndrome? My daughter is very allergic to dairy. Do you have some suggestions for this? I started eating keto around a month ago along with another daughter, we started to help her anxiety, but we both feel better! I never dreamed I would actually really like keto. I'm watching your series because I know that I want to learn more. These videos and your recipes are helping a lot. My daughter with the food allergies, I think keto would benefit her a lot. Thanks in advance for your help.

  3. Hi Victor- Binge watching this series today😊. I’ve been keto 16 months, have lost -125lbs😊. I’ve recently started fermenting my own keto foundations: yogurt ( in my new Instant Pot 😊) and sauerkraut. Sauerkraut is so simple to make! (Cabbage, salt + time). That canned stuff in the supermarket is cooked and worthless, the probiotics are killed. The sauerkraut in the refrigerator section is OK, but homemade tastes so much better and you can make varieties 🤤. I’m using the correct 2 step process for making ACV at home shown by, ‘Glen And Friends Cooking’ YT channel titled ‘ How to Make REAL Apple CIDER Vinegar’. ( This will develop the alcohol in the 1st step necessary for the acetic acid which is what is providing the health benefits. This is NOT ‘the mother’. You must ferment with a yeast, he recommends wine yeast, inexpensive from Amazon. Then in step 2 you develop the vinegar over time, about 1 month.) Use organic apples. This is so much better and cheaper than what you can buy.

    I’m curious why you don’t recommend using an iodized sea salt? I get my potassium from ‘Bulk Supplements’ and mix up with iodized sea salt for daily electrolytes ( otherwise I get leg cramps😮) + Magnesium Glycinate at night.

  5. This second video was great for me to “ fine-tune” my shopping. I do eat about 80-95% correctly, my veggies and fruits need work…LOL!! 😮 The rest is falling into place, a bit easier than I thought. You sure do help with this way of eating….for me at least. Hopefully other people get on track or at least have an easier time working with the keto way of life. THANK YOU VICTOR for taking the time to help us out. Looking forward to #3 in this series!   6. Awesome stuff. I'm only about a month into keto so this is really helpful.

    I do rely a fair bit on bacon, though not constantly. As a bonus, air frying it makes it easy to save and strain the grease. Then I use it to roast my asparagus in. loooove asparagus. Especially creamed down with some heavy cream and cheese and some bacon. Now I have an idea to try that with kale and spinach.

    The one thing I think I really need to focus on is making sure I get fiber. Finding it tough to naturally incorporate that with how lazy I'm cooking. Suppose it'll get better and easier as I slip more into the lifestyle and spend more time at the gym.
