  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the garam masala, ginger powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. Place the eggs in the baking dish and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the eggs.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny.
