I am a 10 years old, who is 10x than her normal weight somehow… I know that is crazy, but I really want to go on a keto diet, I did a normal diet, but I couldn’t help much but quit, keto diet sounds helpful and easier to me, this is how I will do it, 25 grams in a day?, alright, then 1 meal in a day, I’ll just have rice, for dinner, just nuts or eggs, and I will be hydrated alot also, thank you so much.
