  1. These options can definitely make staying in a calorie deficit easier when being on the go!

    My order was:

    – A Zinger Tower Burger (450 cals)
    – Fries (245 cals)
    – Mini Fillet (130 cals)
    – Pepsi Max Can (1 cal)

    There are numerous other alternative options as well for a decent calorie amount (happy to show more on future videos) 😁

    Having the higher calorie options is also fine in moderation but most of the time, choosing lower calorie meals like this will be more helpful for losing weight and staying on track 🤝
