This was the only mentality that helped me lose 14 kg in high school. I was focused on eating more — more protein, more fiber, more nutrients. And I'd end up losing a lot of excess weight.

I’m trying to eat less portions so I can eat less I really hate it and the foods I eat are really filling at only 250calories each meal they fill me up so I don’t even need a snack anytime in the day except midnight sometimes
