  3. Yes you can get rid of it. I'm doing leg raises with ankle weights and leg pull-in knee-ups. I also do 200 rope skips 5 times a week and my belly is almost flat after 4 weeks of doing it ; thanks for the video.

  5. Wow! Well done! I need to lose my apron belly and I’m already 2.5 years postpartum. I’ve tried exercising and healthy eating so many times but ended giving up after see that excess skin and fat plus other things in life. Seeing your transformation gives me hope.

  6. It’s been 5 years after my first baby . I have had no time , or rather was tired by the end of the day or lazy . I still have this baby belly . Can i still get back to shape if i start now ? Or is it too late for me
