  1. For probiotics I recommend a bit of kefir, like a glass a day, especially after training as it has carbs that can help with recovery, also fermented cucumbers or sauerkraut.

  2. Thomas is just reminding everyone of what has been known to those who did proper keto for years… The old principles still apply, garbage in garbage out… if the quality of your micro/macro nutrients is not there, keto won't give you all its benefits and certainly can cause you other issues. Eat less, eat better (organic is a must!) … quality over quantity. Not all protein has to come from animal sources, hemp hearts are pretty amazing stuff for example… have been using them for 5 years. Work out!… the human body was not designed to sit on a couch lol.

She wore it best if we could have a good person and a few weeks and get a job in your opinion matters so much and I'm sure it is not a matter what the next few weeks ago as well I was just a little more about it I think it would have been a while back and want it so that we have to do that and the therapist at all times in a few weeks ago and it was like really want it's not the same time t the therapist at all times lmao I have been a while back to me I am a backpacker hostels in a few minutes to talk about the same time you are interested and I'll get it done before you recommend therapy and I am a labourer and I am a backpacker on a lake facing lot built part in a few weeks

  4. This is the Keto upgrade we needed! 👏 Moving past 'dirty keto' and focusing on micronutrition and the PSMF cycle is genius for breaking fat loss plateaus. The goal is efficiency, not just carb restriction. Who else is increasing their protein macro to 50%? 💪🥩

  5. Wayyyyyy to complicated. Appreciate the science, but hell, very few people can put that much thought into eating. Work to attend to, families to raise, places to go…. Low carb, lean protein, healthy fats, exercise- call it a day.

  6. This is not a video for beginners. You use words and terms that are not in everday language, and your supplements suck. I tried to buy the Daily Synbiotic, but the website won't accept my phone number. I live in Australia. It accepted my address but will not accept my phone number. My major suggestion is to simplify stuff and not use so much scientific jargon. See ya.
