  1. If your gut can handle that much cruciferous veg, go for it. Mine can not. If I am eating cauliflower rice, I will pair it with a gentler veggie, like spinach or some type of squash. Not a criticism, just and fyi for those with stomach issues

  2. I'm going to start today made this for my son hi can lose 350 pounds? He's 27 years old he weighs 526 pounds I can sleep I don't have haven't seen him like this and trust me he doesn't have stress or ptsd none of that hi live with me he's doing college but not to stressed he's been fat for years since he was a baby doctor dont know why he's getting to much weight I eat what he eats, I'm 125 pounds 5’3 can someone told me how I can help my son I don't want anyone make fund please

  3. What happens on day 4 and 5? Not hating at all, I respect your dedication. Just wondering though, if you leave food in the fridge for more than 3 days it loses its nutritional value and starts going bad… please be careful with what you’re pushing to the mass audience.
