  2. I’d add a bit of sumac to mine, gives it a little zingy taste. Nice salad. I like the added egg, protein, and the salad is perfect for a complete meal. Can cook the eggs in the morning when it’s cool, and when it’s hot out, who even wants to look at a flame. A bit of pita, and there you go. Thanks!
