  1. Tbh, I don’t mind being keto.

    I like being Keto. I don’t understand how people would think it’s boring.

    1.if you are craving something sweet, just get stevia once in a while.

    2.If you’re craving something starchy, just use cauliflower. Works every time to reduce my starchy cravings.

  2. Man knows what’s at steak 😛🤣 go big or go home when it comes to chipotle. I one time got a double burrito bc I didn’t have breakfast or lunch and they forgot to charge me double luckily so it was a steal

  3. This is cool and all. I been following this Brother for ten years now, the thing is, he does not do this anymore. He and Kinobody had an interview on his podcast and he said this way of eating messed up his hormones and Testosterone levels. He said he is content with what happened and has been correcting it, but everybody is different. Our body changes majorly every year and you really have to learn yours to take care of “yours”.
