  1. I think one thing that throws people off of health is that they often find it bland or tasteless. There’s a negative association. Why are we eating plain rice when we can have rice boiled in bone broth or tumeric? Why am I eating steamed plain veggies all the time when I can sauté them with salt and pepper for flavor? Half the time when you see “healthy” meals they don’t look realistic. We have to make it palatable on the eyes before the mouth.

  2. There is no such thing as a “balanced diet”, and it’s isnt healthy. We arent adapted to be like this, following Darwinian principles. You’re also mixing fats and carbs, which activates the Randle cycle. The veggie container anti nutrients and are relatively bleak in nutrients (missing over 15).

  3. Ima be completely honest, 99% of this food is unnecessary and very unhealthy, specially vegetables, the only somewhat good thing is the chicken here, even that is not that healthy itself

  4. How do you eat such large portions i was tought your stomach is a certain size before you stretch it wouldn’t that stretch your stomach out i know its elastic but still prefer not stretching my stomach with large portions
