  1. Eating plan? Diet? Let me tell you words matter

    I dont look at my keto diet as a list of foods I cant eat, rather I always look at it as a list of foods I CAN eat and it does make all the diffrence because suddenly the world of food is full of promise and delicious possibilities.
    And I have already lost 3 stone this year… So I am not doing too badly. All things considered. I feel better most days I am not tired anymore, I am sleeping better, I am looking better my skin is fresher for example. I got my best results in the first 21 days, I was surprised to see I had lost quite a bit, it was a lot.. It was at least a stone and it was etting on for 2 stone. That first weight loss was dramatic and fast and it encouraged me to carry on and never give up. I batch cook for myself now. My shopping is cheaper, I dont buy snacks or anything that is not keto friendly. I want to recommend the keto diet to all because I had such great results so far myself xxx

  2. I’ve been on Keto 4 weeks and lost 7 lbs, my husbands lost 14lbs. But I don’t think I’m In ketosis, I purchased the test strips and I’ve done 2 test, both of which instead of changing to a deep red, bleached the tip end to white, 😂 any suggestions would be gratefully received. I’ve tried the sardine fast for 3 days, and it’s wasn’t to bad, I do 16/8 fasting everyday, so what is stopping me lose weight.
