  1. I really wanted to write this comment as my friend showed it to me saying you cannot eat these food items during weight loss.
    I have pcod plus i am very short and weight loss has always been a struggle
    No fruit or dairy will put you in weight loss phase until and unless you are in a deficit.

    These videos which terms even whole foods as “weight loss” “weight gain” are inaccurate and may be misleading by the masses.

    Example:- i did loose weight while having all the food termed under “weight gain”
    Certain food which are naturally lesser in calories help with volume eating and may help with creating a deficit, but that does not mean that you are supposed to cut them OUT entirely during a weight loss or a weight gain

    Any healthy diet should have all these food with the certain portions according to YOUR maintenance and deficit

    The real reason why most Indians gain weight or lose weight is not because of eating “bananas” or “oranges” but because our excess in carbohydrates and lack of protein, whole food, and lack pf effective strength training.

    I expected better from a medical doctor.
    The best way is to read scientific literature, from genuine sources. And stick to the basics.

    I swear to god even ChatGpt is a better way than such misleading Shorts

    If you really want to, Influencers in the west are much more reliable than such doctors which categories foods as “weight loss” “weight gain” “good foods” “bad foods”. This mindset is extremely wrong!

Guys everything showed here if you eat in moderation it doesn't effect your weight.. make sure to eat home prepared food.. tofu may not be that tasty to eat so go for low fat paneer.. everyone cannot afford low fat items they are very expensive so try to eat everything in moderation and don't forget your protein n fiber intake.. vit ç for immunity, n all..take care
