  1. I hate to cook , eat awesome WFPB with just a microwave. Baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, beans and rice, whole grain bread, pasta and cereals, plant based milks, canned, frozen and fresh fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, nuts and seeds.

  2. Thank you!! I often feel like I am banging my head against a wall trying to move forward with losing weight. As an olderish overweight damaged backed diabetic woman I am struggling. But hearing both your journey and straight forward approach to plant based nutrition and diet struck a note today. Thank you. Building and using knowledge to move forward is a shared journey.   3. Because of the medications im on, water tastes like a tin can. I do need to add essences to hide the flavor. Water tasting bad is a real thing for some people. But.. adding a squeeze of lemon or lime is really no big deal.

  5. I’m planning on going vegan. I will supplement B12, omega-3 from algae, vitamin D, make sure I get enough leafy greens that I don’t need to worry about calcium and make sure I get enough sea vegetables to supplement iodine. I hope I got it all covered
