  1. Hello doctor, mera question ye hai ki mujhe hamesha he gas ya constipation ki dikkat ho jati hai. Mera stomach and digestive system sensitive lagta hai. Kin baato ka dhyaan rkhna chahiye. Kya dairy products ya ghee se hota hai ye?

  2. Aisa lag rha hai hazaro saal se vegetarian log bechare kamzor hi hain… kunki wo janvar ka liver, anda na jane kya kya nahi khate…. Support vegetarianism it has loads of protien, minerals etc
