I was pregnant with twins, do not eat mammals, and was repulsed by all but heavily processed chicken, which apparently is a thing but I did not know it. Thankfully I was able to eat a lot of beans and eggs, some fish, and cheese.
can I still have a healthy birth if I start eating only healthy food from now on? I’m 23 weeks and I ate half healthy and half binge junk food so far:(

1gram per body weight? I’m 207, 5’7. I feel that 200 grams iw way too much for me. I can eat maybe 70 grams a day.
I think there is a difference between discussing healthy eating in a kind and educational way and just making fun of someone.
