  1. For going to 5th demention you are expected to stop eating red meat and bird meat. seafood is ok. actually they dont have protein. most protein are in beans,nuts and eggs , dairy.
    in feb month it is possible you get stomach pain or … if you keep eating meat. your body are supose to be ready for 5 d. meat prvents your spiritual power.
