  1. There is also Part 1 to the Gut Health series! There we dive into Gut health's relationship with weight loss, the mind and immune system! A great place to start for those wanting to understand the gut better! Hope that helps ⭐

  2. I’m doing a deep dive on your channel to try and figure out if changing my eating habits might help regulate my cycle. I eat really well, but I think doubling down on teas and yogurts might help. Plus I want to do more to incorporate produce throughout the day.

Combine that with eating advice for women and I also need to sneak in snacks. I used to be anti-breakfast and anti-snacks. Now I’m really working hard to implement them while still enjoying lunch and dinner.

  3. WOWWWW you are my fav YouTuber now!!!!! I’m IN LOVE with your type of style and I feel that you are genuine and it’s soo nice to hear a structured speech I can’t imagine the amount of work you put in each video!!! Tysm for your work, esp for directed to women and gut health for us girl!

  4. Thank you so much for your videos! they are so informative and your voice is so calming! i've been struggling with allergies for a while (peanut, hayfever) and think it might be linked to gut health. i would love if you could do a video on the topic of allergies…

  5. I already knew I have to be more mindful of what I eat but the cute animations of the microbacterial community living inside me (and that I am responsible for their wellbeing!!) is really motivational. Great informational video!!

  6. I onetime had a round of antibiotics mess up the good bacteria in my private parts we shall say and i got a nasty yeast infection…suffice to say i avoid broad spectrum antibiotics when i can!

  7. Thank you!!🫶🏽💕 I was on antibiotics for ~2 years during covid because I couldn’t get surgery, and what you said about antibiotics decreasing different microbes was very helpful. Turns out the persistent throat and immune issues and my ‘lactose intolerance’ are likely symptoms of those specific microbes being destroyed by antibiotics. I’ve been eating the right foods, hence me getting better, and I’ll look into probiotic supplements with the specific strands I need.

  8. Genuinely watching your vids and taking notes because i want to change instead of just dragging myself around all day every day, knowing i could be feeling a lot better if i just put in the effort. I didn't know where to start, but coming across your channel has made the begining of this journey a lot more bareable than the many other attempts i have made. Thank you so much, and I can't wait to learn more about our bodies through your videos!!

  9. Recent stay in hospital had me on some pretty powerful antibiotics to fight off an infection in my vane, cos like, we like living around here. Unfortunately been struggling to poop afterwards and to quote my calligraphy teacher: if you don't poop you die. Thanks for the tips on increasing my gut bacteria back to normal levels.

  10. 2:10 What if I want to gain weight though? I've been underweight my whole life and it's genuinely hard gaining weight for me. I don't know what to do because everyone just says what healthy food I should eat for weight loss, but never weight gain

  11. Sanitizing:

Always sanitize when in stores, at work, at school, etc.

Don’t sanitize when outdoors, at a lake, at the ocean, etc.

I have lived like this all my life and I have hardly been sick

  12. "Hanna Kim, this video is so insightful and easy to follow! 😍 I love the tip about diversifying my 'gut garden' and the 3-2-1 rule. You make complex science feel so approachable. I’m definitely going to try making my own fermented foods as you suggested! ✨ Thank you for sharing! 🌿"

  13. Though I know antibiotics aren’t good for my gut I have been taking a round currently for. Raging ear infection that made it hard to just do daily life with my babies. 😅 Guess I’ll have to figure out some good fermented foods that go with my gut microbiome to help rebuild
