If you listen closely this channel is for teens free of heart conditions. this all preventative before it happens. There are cardiologist heart surgeons that say there is nothing you could do about reversing arteries that are clogged, most of the time its genetic. Sad to hear but seems like its reality. Bummer!

This is interesting since my husband’s heart surgeon told him even plant based diet wouldn’t reverse his heart disease but would help it not get worse. That it is hereditary in his case.
