  1. I was told by a super smart botanist in the 1990s that, ounce for ounce, Irish potatoes were essentially the most nutritious food anywhere. And that he’d survived being extremely poor by eating tons of potatoes and apples.

  2. White potatoes are amaaazing for nutritional value and it’s insane that they’ve been denigrated as “unhealthy “ for a bunch of years now. Bring back the excellent “Irish” potato!!
Long live truth and sanity, whether or not the CDC gives it a stamp of approval.

  3. So ive cut out the seed oils and use beef dripping, lard and butter. Theres a school of thought that says not to mix yoyr fats with the carbs, domething about all carbs turn to fructose so you got to ve careful to prevent fatty liver. Anyone know about this?

  4. At the risk of seeming nitpicky, she appears to be holding a sweet potato. Does it matter what kind of potatoes “these” are? Asking particularly because I hate sweet and love white.

  5. That's a lie. I was taught by this bodybuilder that the chicken potato diet is the best way to gain weight. I ate chicken potatoes for a month and I gained so much weight and no it was not because my gut was backed up. If you eat it in small portions you're not going to gain weight if you eat it in large portions you will gain weight.

  6. I can vouch for this. After some sickness, I only ate potatoes to stabilize my gut. And without even having the intention to lose weight, I lost weight because I ate so many potatoes, and I added some olives to make it taste nicer and everything up, super delicious and a very good weight loss secret. Just tuck in and enjoy. You won’t feel hungry you will feel satiated and at the same time you will lose weight. so that coincidentally found this video and coincidentally what you said before I even found this video😂❤
