  1. I think we need to do diets-ish….I'm not saying cheat on your diet but realize that you are making a lifelong change and not just "going on a diet". As long as you have a calorie deficit and you are eating healthy food you will feel good and lose weight. The exception being very specific medical conditions.

  2. You learn how to get up fast from a relapse.
Just because you ate junk at one meal, you eat right the next, this is true of whatever diet/lifestyle you’re on.
As youcut carbs, it gets easier to get back on the wagon quickly.
Just do it, you’ll feel better for it. I was like that myself. It’s a journey, you can do it too💪✌️

  3. ‘These little slippages’ – did she really need to interupt the guy to say that? Her convo interupters hold no info its just ignorance. I see the point if he couldnt get his words out but his advice was interesting and flowing and she offers nothing!

  4. I have neurological issues, and so eat a Keto diet as a preventative measure. I have actually lost a lot of weight, and my attacks have drastically lessened in both frequency and intensity. There's healthy keto (fish, olive oil, nuts, avocado) and unhealthy Keto (bacon, butter, steak, ranch dressing, cheese). You want to lean towards healthy Keto and do more cardio to ensure cholesterol stays down and your heart stays healthy. But leaning towards healthier keto will help avoid those walls too. I def still eat bacon, steak, and butter sometimes though, lol

  5. What to eat and not what to it shouldn’t really be this complicated and the only reason its so confusing is because the food itself is being poisoned. Our ancestors definitely didn’t have to worry about all the things our generation is trying to figure out.

One group will say this, another group will contradict it by claiming their own way is healthier. The only logical reason is that the poison in the foods by the industry is the problem and not the foods the almighty God created.

Make enough money and grow your own foods and have your own animal farm and eat it all.

  6. Im not extreme with it. I do 16:8 then eat my keto meal once a day. On weekends i drink beer as much as i want then the next day i continue with my fasting and keto routine and im still losing weight.

  7. Failure is when you go all in keto or whatever extreme diet and not giving ourselves a break sometimes! Then beat ourselves when we “slipped”! We are the dumbest species not figuring out what we should be eating and guilt shaming ourselves!

  8. In my opinion, it would be beneficial to vary your carbohydrate intake and consistently monitor your consumption. Personally, I find that 150 grams of carbohydrates is sufficient, as it allows me to indulge my cravings for sweets. Furthermore, when limiting carbohydrates, even healthier, lower-sugar treats become incredibly satisfying, Finally, once you reach your desired weight, you can consider using maintenance calories to enjoy food. This way, you eat what you want, knowing you've not going overboard as well.
