Thank you for this idea! We have decision fatigue in our culture. We're so used to having tons of options and we're afraid of boredom. But finding a few things that really work and sticking to them removes that fatigue! This is a wonderful tip!

I have experienced fist hand the great benefits of a keto diet and fasting. But I have to admit that I’m 110% addict to food, is the best pleasure in the world.

But what if we're mexican
Following and having very little progress, I am not going to give up, but it is discouraging to stay in the same weight for 10 days or more. So far 6 Lbs in a month 😅
I lost 50 Lbs in 2017 with Keto, I ate a lot of pork then, but I stopped to eat pork and seafood in 2020 for Biblical reasons, so now it is more challenging to avoid those ingredients that are hidden in almost everything when you need to eat out. Thank you for the sardines suggestion, I hope it will help me in this process to lose weight after 50.

1. Soft boiled eggs 2. Grass fed Burger patties 3. Chaffles 4. Wild Salmon & 5. Tri tip
As veggie, still working on this. Eggs, cheese, cottage cheese. Working on adding in tofu. I only like 4 non-starchy veg so that's easy.

Boring is in my DNA regarding food since childhood, dont like cooking and see food as feed the machine, not orgasm moment like some people moan when eating.
That would be a sad life for me.
I don't see the point of living if you can't really enjoy the foods you eat. I don't eat a lot of junk food. I eat twice a day….. chemical free, mostly organic vegetables, meat & eggs from a local farm owned by a passionate man. I feed my rescue dog a whole food nutritious meals….. no fleas, skin or gur problems. I also love to cook and eat delicious food everyday. I train, do yoga most days. I also allow myself to have a treat everyday. I wouldn't call it junk food l…..it's half decent but definitely not boring food.

Mine: Beef, butter, eggs, vegetables, and honey. (I love honey butter on baked sweet potatoes 🤤) As for the veggies, I keep it simple: mushrooms, sweet potatoes, garlic, onions, and herbs. Hey that’s five veggies too! 😊
