  1. i used to spend almost five hundred dollars a month on supplements and powders. my kitchen looked like a lab, but i still woke up groggy and ended every day wiped out. then i came across the book The Peasant’s Prescription by Grace Wild. at first i thought it was just another wellness trend dressed up as history, but the way grace explained the bone evidence from medieval cemeteries blew me away. i started copying just one habit from the book eating in a simple sunrise to sunset window. within two weeks my energy evened out. no more 3 pm crashes, no more reaching for caffeine. The Peasant’s Prescription by Grace Wild gave me results my expensive stack never did.
