The chile relleno coating isn't breading, it's fried egg whites. They are beat til they are frothy, the peppers are covered in it, and then fried. It should be fine to just have a whole chile relleno with everything on it.
As a Méxican I never had pork machaca in the North we use beef we call it machacado you can do it just with eggs or you can do it machacado ala Mexicana with the tomatoes,onions and peppers is so good

This was so helpful. I've been to Mexico for several short visits, but I'm here now for another 2 months. I am in heaven here on the Sea of Cortez. The ceviche is amazing and so is the beef, but you gave me lots of other ideas. I also am eating lots of eggs here. Compared to Southern California, they are so inexpensive and good! One of my friends asked for chilaquiles without chips for breakfast. It looked good!

Most places with Chile relleno make them with whipped egg white as the "Breading" , much healthier. That's how I make them at home! My husband orders ceviche for his meal too. It's normally an appetizer at our local place. When doing Keto I always get side salad instead of rice and beans. They have no problem with it!

I order fajitas don’t eat the rice don’t eat their tortillas I take my low-carb keto, friendly tortillas, allow three they are 1 g of carbohydrates each they are made 0:07 of fiber and I don’t eat refried beans. My nutritionist says it’s OK to eat some black beans I eat some black beans. I know they have few carbs in them but I still eat them.
I went to a Mexican restaurant tonight and had fajitas and I only ate the meat with onions and peppers and broccoli with sour cream. Didn’t even finish the whole portion and had been fasting for 24 hours. Tested my blood 4 hours later and I’ve been kicked out of ketosis. Help.

I'M ON MY FIRST DAY OF KETO!
I started with a breakfast of homemade guacamole (avocado, red onion, tomato, cilantro, fresh lemon juice), 1 egg, on a 3 net carb spinach wrap. So good!
I couldn't go straight to keto when I started dieting. My mom passed, so I wasn't eating much, anyway. I got where I would eat "whatever" once a day, found my stomach churning and hurting. But once I got used to my stomach shrinking, I started making myself eat more often. So now I feel like I'm ready for keto. If I can feel like I did after breakfast this morning I know I can do this. I felt filled, the food was tasty, and I probably won't eat again for 12 hours. Eventually I want to add the 16:8 as long as it doesn't hurt too much. Would love advice!

I'm excited about doing Keto but I could never be this stuck up, this much of a tightwad. A little bit of bread is not going to kill you. Even Dr. Sears of The Zone Diet endorses eating rye bread. And God himself endorsed eating wheat. Break bread together as Jesus, the most perfect person who ever lived did 2000 years ago.
The only reason we have trouble digesting breads today is because of our toxic and poisonous environment. We have so many things bombarding our bodies every day that kills our cells. We need to eat foods that help protect our bodies from these toxins, including radiation and regenerate those dead cells
Dr. Berg recently said that we should have one – just one whole carrot a day. So I'm going with that recommendation
