You also need resistance training 4–6 times a week to build shape and definition so you don’t just end up looking skinny with no muscles. Muscles is what gives you shape!!!
She’s just young and skinny. I had abs like that naturally as a teenager, it takes little to no effort to put on muscle at that age. Although, even in my late 30’s, after weaning my 3rd child, I went on a carnivore diet for a couple months and a six pack just naturally appeared and I wasn’t even working out.
