  1. She didn’t eat enough protein to prevent muscle loss. Now she’ll probably need to bulk up and then cut back down the right way. You also need resistance training 4–6 times a week to build shape and definition so you don’t just end up looking skinny with no muscles. Muscles is what gives you shape!!!

  2. She’s just young and skinny. I had abs like that naturally as a teenager, it takes little to no effort to put on muscle at that age. Although, even in my late 30’s, after weaning my 3rd child, I went on a carnivore diet for a couple months and a six pack just naturally appeared and I wasn’t even working out.

  3. Being too thin isn't a good thing.

    Your worth comes from Jesus Christ, not having a tiny body. This isn't just something people say, it's true.

    Also, having too low of a body fat will really mess with your hormones. I think you would have more happiness chemicals in your brain if you let yourself eat more food. I hope the best for you.

  4. Must be eating less than 500 calories a day . Much too skinny. Having ABS is not the sign of being healthy..It's called starving yourself. Learn proper nutrition and how to build muscle.
