  1. That is insane . . . I gained less than 30 pounds my entire pregnancy. I never even had to buy maternity clothes. I just used a hair tie to hold the button of my regular jeans together, and wore them.

  2. I have 4 children. First 2 i gained between 60 and 65 pounds. I lost it all within the first 6 months without working out. My last 2, way different. I gained 11 pounds with my 3rd and i did work out and lost it but took longer then just letting it come off, and 14 with my 4th. Luckily it came off and more this time. Different then what any doctors or anybody says. The body is still a mystery when it comes to pregnancy. Do what you genuinely feel is right. We would not have made it this far as a species if women didnt always need to rely on their own instincts from the beginning of time with pregnancy and child raising.
Every persons body handles things slightly different. So no one way or certain amount of weight to gain or not gain is going to be right for everybody.

  3. Fun fact; mothers need more calories while breastfeeding compared to calories needed during pregnancy.

Perhaps the tendency for excessive weight gain is a result of evolution, as it ensures momma isn't too emaciated to produce milk & baby gets fed.

  4. Lord Jesus is LORD of all for all time. All else (mormonism, jehovah witnesses, catholicism, sikh, hinduism, islam, paganism, occult, atheism, agnosticism, mysticism, cults, lgbtqia, etc) is false & evil. Christ is the One Way, One Truth, One Life ✝️❤️ my and THE LORD JESUS bless you! 😊
