  1. Weight Gain Before Your Period? It's Not Fat. It's Water 🩸💧. Good News Time Of Month My Period Have Ceased. I Blame Myself Naive. Morine, Donald, Myola, Rommel, Graham. 🙌🏽😘🧘🏾🧘🏾‍♀️🌼

  2. But what if you have diabestesinsipitus it’s basically where you drink a lot of water that you drink gallons a day. Luckily there is a little tablet that I take but it still doesn’t reduce my water cravings to the normal amount your body’s need a day. So can you please give me a tip emmi if you can 😊❤( and I love your videos❤😊)

  3. I work out a lot, eat very clean and healthy. 10 days before my period i feel so flabby, literally struggle to see or feel muscle definition despite doing better than ever with weight lifting, and i feel flabby around my lower abdomen and thighs.. It's only recently that I've learnt to accept it. Immediately after bleeding, my body reverts back, and i feel trim and toned again… we just need to have faith that nature knows what it's doing ❤

  4. I have some clothes for the time around my period. A pair of Jeans one size larger, a loose knit dress, loose Shirts… Took me a while to understand and make my peace with that, but now I'm really okay with the solution. 😅

  5. This would explain why the week leading up my period I weighed in and felt so discouraged because I worked out 4 times that week and stayed in a calorie deficit. I blamed it on my scale being wrong, but I absolutely still think my scale is wrong.
