Dry fruits
Roasted chickpea
1 spoon peanut butter
1 spoon of seed mix
1 scoop of protein powder
1 glass milk

  2. I’m on the weight gain journey bc I lost a ton of weight from stress to the point pple thought I was using sum type of drugs & the thing is I loved my weight,,i cried so much when I lost it bc it really hurt me when I strtd losing it & I now I don’t knw how to stop losing it😢😢

    – 1 banana
    – 2 or 3 khajoor dates with seed
    – 1 cup milk
    – roasted chanaa
    Mix all these in grinder and drink it in the morning. It is better to drink it in the morning it's result will start showing in after 2 months…. literally its work 💯.
    This is the doctor advise for healthy weight gain . I'm now 43 kg from 36kg. By doing all this, I gained so much weight within 7 months ❤
