  1. Everyone who body shame her was either a minor mostly boys who's a gymbro or a men. I'm not saying that there's no women shaming her but from what I've seen, yeah only guys in here.

  2. Health isnt size? Size is literally proven to be the biggest factor in mortality. The more mass you have, the harder your heart has to work to pump blood. You became overweight, which medical science has confirmed is unhealthy and will decrease your lifespan.

  3. To work out like you do and still be as big as you are means that you are ABSOLUTELY gorging on food.

No. Thin doesn't equal healthy. But a McDonald's Big Mac with Large Fry and a large coke three times or more daily is NOT healthy.

And that is EXACTLY how you're eating to put on weight like you are.

  4. I used to be 140 pounds 16-18% BF. I went up to 168. Ils. I told myself that I better start eating clean. I have a new sitting job and I literally sit all day. I work 12 hr shifts and I am pooped to go to the gym. I do get good sleep tno. That meant no packaged foods. I eat Veggies and fruits, chicken and seafood. I do have Quest chips and murray sugar free cookies and sugar free jello every once in a while which keeps me satisfied. I am now at 160.9 in 3 weeks. I will keep going. Being aware of what I eat and drinking water all day helps. On my 1 day off a week, I walk everywhere. I also park in the back of the parking lot abd I do not eat out.

  5. You know I kind of needed this. I literally was fucking SKINNY, teeny tiny when I look back and I was literally the most unhealthy version of myself. When I gained 25lbs I felt like an absolute goddess. Then I started a high stress job and gained a bunch more and I am unhealthy again but in the other direction. Here is to getting back to that sweet spot of my body.

  6. You look great and so strong!!! I’m on my weight gain journey now. Always been between 110-125 and I just hit 150 at 32🏋🏾‍♀️ but still inconsistent with eating three meals a day so I’m gonna keep pushing til I see what my real size is. Thanks for your share.

  7. The thing is your not too slim or super slim in the before but what the problem a lot of us women have is staying at that weight and we seem to sit better a bit heavier. It’s it more healthy of course no BUT the battle as you say to stay at that lower weight even if it is the correct healthy weight is too hard and to hard on mental health

  8. Everyone – yes in some cases gaining wait is bad. But in this case she is doing it in a healthy way. Whether it does or doesn’t look like it, she is healthy, and prolly stronger than most of the people giving hate comments. So stop saying crap to her when really you should take a look at yourself before judging someone who is actually trying to build muscle and be healthy.

  9. Healthy weight loss is good for you health. Being a healthy weight will make you healthy. Just because you're healthy physically doesn't mean you're healthy mentally. I'm not interested in body positivity, especially those that make it seem okay to be overweight. In case you need to hear this, being overweight is not good for you health. Neither is being underweight.
