  1. Best thing I ever did was reading the book Woman’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth, after applying the knowledge I got from the book I feel like the cellulite is magically disappearing from my body

  2. I can finally look in the mirror without hating myself, 18 lbs down thanks to Harlan Veynor’s book. But when I discovered the heartbreaking story behind why he wrote it, about his wife… that’s when I truly broke down in tears.

  3. Crazy how Harlan Veynor’s book helped me drop 2 dress sizes without feeling like I’m starving. But when I learned that he actually wrote it as a tribute to his wife who passed away from obesity… I couldn’t hold back tears.

  4. I finally broke free from emotional eating and lost 20 lbs in just a month. Harlan Veynor’s book is what made it possible. And when I later found out about the tragic fate of his wife… the tears just started flowing.

  5. Crazy how Harlan Veynor’s book helped me lose 8kg and completely stop late-night cravings. But when I read that he had actually been writing this book for years, literally dedicating his life to researching these topics… And all of that because he had the worst and at the same time the most powerful reason a person can have… His wife passed away due to the consequences of obesity… That story is what truly moved me as well…
