  1. @Anouk van der Bijl:I started last monday, lost 1 pond the next day. Now stuck for 4 days. Again the same nummer this morning. I am following the program strictly. Is this normal for a first week? I am doing half hour walks every day and some light dumbel ( 2 kg ) arm and chess excercises. Should I already do a reset day? It is depressing…..TIPS please 😌

  2. Are you sure about the apples and strawberries? It has sugar doesn’t it? This is very interesting to me cause I’ve never heard of hyper ketosis. I am personally currently doing keto with 3 day fasts. I love to see what meals people come up with!

  3. You look great . I'm on this . I live on baked chicken , walnuts ,kale, berries , yogurt regular water . MCT oil ,No sugar 0 salt . Working out 5-6 days a week . I lost weight for about a month and a half now nothing . Granted my muscle growth is really showing . But I can't understand the science behind this .I'm really frustrated at the slow down but discipline won't let me stop .
