  1. Okay idk if she eats like this or not but you dont need to change your body type to look like this ( young people also should neverr). This may work for her but not for whoever is changing for a body like this. Please dont belive things on the internet and stay healthy.. a certain body doesn't define healthiness or beauty . You maybe wondering why in some videos even when people eat veryy less , the comments like it and approve but dont be fooled.

  2. You people act like she actually ate the food, she most likely jst threw it away korean beauty standards are harsh. and dont even act like they eat better than everyone else when asians consume more ramen then all college students combined 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

  3. This is normal: this is my small appetite what I eat in a day (I Have a very slow metabolism that causes me to be overweight (life is not fair)

    Breakfast-8am

    Rye bread slice, ham slice, pear

    Lunch-11 (AKA snack)

    A little bit of the thing with meat and potatoes?? It Only has a Finnish name , and a bit of salad

    Lunch2-15.30

    A tiny portion of spaghetti with Four chicken meatballs

    Snack cause I was craving

    Vitamin and water
    Dinner-18

    Wasn’t hungry at all but ate chicken, a bit of rice and salad
