  1. Just an fyi to everyone in the comments. A vegan diet isnt healthy, you lack so many nutrients from not eating an animal based diet even from just not consuming meat. Almond milk and oat milk is processed junk that has 0 nutritional value. You need to take supplements to compensate such as B12, Omega-3s, and calcium which is super important or your teeth will fall out.

  2. I was just never that hungry when I danced. I loved to sleep! Take a warm epson salt bath and sleep! I ate a very small breakfast. No lunch and a light dinner. I don’t know how I survived!

  3. Concerning how much sugar is in all of these foods. Starting the day with a bowl of sugary oats, sugary matcha drink, giant plate of grapes (sugar), etc… all of these spike insulin (especially snacking) which will create big problems down the line. I learned this the hard way after eating plain muesli for breakfast for years 😢

  4. Honestly seeing someone wakes up so early surprises me (not in a bad way, tho). At this time I'm usually still buried under the plies of work I need to translate or drawing/writing/watching/reading smth. Can say for sure it's talking a toll on your mental health and other things bruh. Hope to fix ts someday
