  1. Do not try this diet, it doesn’t have enough protein. If you want to lose fat you need to add more protein. Apart from that this is not a balanced diet, you need fibre for better digestion like oats, carbs for energy like rice, even good fat like ghee 1 spoon daily

  2. For desert you should try protein ball which is so addictive❤
    Recipe:
    Make a dough of oats,dry fruit of choice and some soaked dates by blending
    Add some coffee if you like
    Also add a tbsp of water!!
    Now shape the dough into balls and freeze for abt 15-20min
    Cover them in chocolate of choice or want it to be extra healthy so cover it in Amul's dark chocolate or sugar free chocolate 🍫 ❤
