Doctor Boz, I don’t understand what you mean by stalled. If you need to lose weight that would mean you’re not still losing weight. What does it mean when you’re not trying to lose weight?
Sardines, gross me out. I know I should learn to like him, but I just can’t get past the smell. Any suggestions?
I love sardines… I grew up eating them since I was a little kid… but I noticed lately that every time I eat them, I get a stomachache due to having celiac …

This sounds very much joyless. Also, the control factor. She stalled? How? Was having an extra 5 pounds that dangerous for her? Many people have way richer diets and still don't have insulin ressistance.
On that diet, I would quickly die of dehydration and malnutrition.
So sometimes you just eat 2 cans of sardines and thats it
Qdoba HEAVILY seasons its meat, sometimes with corn starch. I had some after 1.5 months on whole food keto and felt miserable afterwards.

This is an eating disorder. Two cans of sardines simply insint ebough food and nutrients. I do keto and have done carnivore. This is not normal….

I'm drinking ultra filtered whole milk and heavy cream daily, eat 3 meals and 2 snacks and my weight is low. Do I just need more food?

You’re advocating coffee first thing and you’re a doctor… cmon! No matter what diet you do… coffee is NEVER a good thing to have first thing in the morning when you wake up. Especially without fat.
That is really not sufficient iMO.
Breakfast 1/2 avocado 1 egg, mushroom fried in butter
Lunch 1/2 chicken breast – some salad or vege slices and a dollop of cottage cheese
Dinner 1/2 piece salmon, and stir fry veges with a little soy.
Perfect small to moderate keystones all day.
Sounds very low calories…thought too low calories stalls weight loss. I have a hard time eating enough. Always under 10 carbs….weight loss is very slow. Never eat breakfast, 2 meals 1200 to 1400 a day. No veg. Plenty of fats. Sad the weight loss is slow. Am MOJO 99 2.1 only 20 lbs in 12 weeks. What would help. I do need to include exercise….now that I'm feeling better, will be adding.

This sounds like disordered eating to me, extreme, restrictive and using. high amounts of coffee to dull appetite and it’s being promoted by a Dr.
Hot and crazy- very typical combo!
Dinner is fast food ?!!!!! How sad. Home cooked meals at the kitchen table wins for me.
