What I eat in a day – pescatarian low carb foods for weight loss ✨
This is in NO EXCUSE for getting in the gym. I’d been traveling a lot when I stared my pescatarian journey and wanted some stability in my diet instead of always eating out. I have to admit, when I started only eating fish and eggs, my intention wasn’t to lose weight but I feel healthier than ever giving up meat (don’t tell my Nigerian family 🫢). I bend my meat eating now and then, especially feeling a lot more regulation and discipline so there’s been a plus side!

  1. It's also my diet now except the roasted bread and everything needs to be steamed or boiled only cuz of fatty liver problems. And I can genuinely say that it works as long as you all consistent about this diet.

  2. That’s basically how I eat. I’m never hungry, I’m full of energy, I’ve lost weight, I eat tasty food. I’m no dietician, but Pescatarian + smart choices (no sugar, no salted snacks, no complete bs like baked goods) is absolutely the way to go for me, and you as well, apparently.

  3. You WILL gain eating as much as her. She might have lost weight because she used to eat more or less healthier prior to this diet. But you will NOT lose weight eating and not working out , especially over 25 yrs old.

  4. The problem is the cows and chickens are owned by greedy corporations trying to kill us and make a profit. While fish is from the most high. They try to scare you with mercury propaganda but for some reason the same people tell you cooking with aluminum is safe. They are twisted liars and God is watching their sins. No matter how hard they try to avoid karmic repercussions with their black magic.

  5. You are too pretty!!! Yaaasss….my body has been starting to reject heavy meats after my cleanse, and i pretty much only crave and can tolerate seafood now…imma make the switch completely soon…thank you ❤

  6. people drink water so that these three will be satiating. also I think she has too much rice on her plate at the end, if it was half rice half beans it would have less total calories and mixed fiber.
