  1. ❤It works because the body doesn't want or need carbs 🎉 the body, and the brain actually needs FAT as fuel.
    ❤This is all very low carb and if you can keep to under 25g or less carbs a day, you're going to start burning the nasty body fat in your body and that's without stepping into a gym!!

    You can eat halloumi, sirloin steaks, sausages, eggs just dont eat crap or keto franken foods.
